Head and Abdomin are Made out of Giant balloons covered in papemache (when they pop its messy) once the paper mache was dry for extra stregnth we fiberglassed over them. Once the Fiberglass had set we padded it out in wadding and cut holes where needed.
The beak is a single peice of polystyrene sanded in to skape wrapped in material and glued and is attached to the head using wall brackets no more nails expanding foan and ducktape XD...
